The ground floor offers generous split level open-plan living with a good sized dining kitchen and a spacious and comfortable lounge area with a log burning stove. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor. A mezzanine level provides a perfect space for a study or reading nook from where there are stairs to the two spacious double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, and a generous dressing room/third bedroom. The first floor rooms are double glazed with Velux skylight windows which also allow fantastic far reaching views. Externally is a driveway providing off road parking for at least two vehicles, a stone built store to the rear and a very private and low maintenance garden with a raised seating area enjoying a fabulous outlook.
